Exchange and Return Policy


In case of payment by credit card, the value paid will be refunded to the card used. Please note that it may take a maximum of 2-14 business days for the value to appear in your bank account from the date of our refund.

Any used product cannot be returned, and if the shipping company delivers a used product, the product will be returned, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the customer to protect the company"s rights.

After receiving the product at our warehouses, we will inspect it, and then proceed with the exchange or refund according to the customer"s request.
It is essential to attach a picture or video of the product in its original condition and unused, or display the defect in the product if you wish to exchange it or return it. The customer service team will send a return or exchange voucher according to the request submitted by you.

After verifying your return, we will begin the refund process, whether through the store that provided the product directly if payment was made by credit card or cash on delivery. If the product was purchased through monthly installments, it will be refunded through Tamara or Tabby for monthly payments.
An authorized staff member will take your package.
The product must not be discounted.
Pack the products you want to return in the original packaging and bring them with the invoice to any of Zahr"s stores.

You can easily return your products within two days and exchange them within seven days. You can only exchange them within seven business days from the date of purchase at the nearest branch. The policy states that discounted products cannot be returned.
