At Zahr, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting the rights of both parties. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms:
Returns: Within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
Exchanges: Within 7 days from the purchase date.
The product must be:
Unused
In its original condition
With original packaging and all accessories
Accompanied by the purchase invoice
Discounted products are non-returnable, except in the following cases:
Manufacturing defect
Product not matching the description or specifications
If a discount is applied due to a defect, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Bring the product in its original packaging
Provide the purchase invoice
The item will be inspected by an authorized staff member
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

Attach clear photos or a video showing:
The product in original unused condition, or
The defect (if applicable)
Upon approval, our customer service team will issue a return/exchange shipping label
Once received and inspected at our warehouse, the exchange or refund will be processed
Used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
If a used item is returned via shipping, it will be sent back to the customer.
In such cases, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount to protect the company’s rights.
Customer-requested returns (no defect):➝ Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Defective or incorrect items:➝ Zahr bears all shipping costs (return and replacement).
Refunds will be processed within 2 to 14 business days from the date the return request is approved.
Payments made via:
Credit/Debit Card: refunded to the same card
Tamara or Tabby: refunded through the same payment provider
