Exchange and Return Policies

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – Zahr

At Zahr, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting the rights of both parties. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms:


1️⃣ Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns: Within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Exchanges: Within 7 days from the purchase date.

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • With original packaging and all accessories

  • Accompanied by the purchase invoice


2️⃣ Discounted Products

  • Discounted products are non-returnable, except in the following cases:

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Product not matching the description or specifications

  • If a discount is applied due to a defect, this will be clearly stated on the product page.


3️⃣ Return & Exchange Methods

🔹 In-Store Returns

  • Bring the product in its original packaging

  • Provide the purchase invoice

  • The item will be inspected by an authorized staff member

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method


🔹 Returns via Shipping

  • Contact us via WhatsApp: +966 50 817 2222

  • Attach clear photos or a video showing:

    • The product in original unused condition, or

    • The defect (if applicable)

  • Upon approval, our customer service team will issue a return/exchange shipping label

  • Once received and inspected at our warehouse, the exchange or refund will be processed


4️⃣ Used Products

  • Used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If a used item is returned via shipping, it will be sent back to the customer.

  • In such cases, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount to protect the company’s rights.


5️⃣ Shipping Costs

  • Customer-requested returns (no defect):
    ➝ Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Defective or incorrect items:
    ➝ Zahr bears all shipping costs (return and replacement).


6️⃣ Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 to 14 business days from the date the return request is approved.

  • Payments made via:

    • Credit/Debit Card: refunded to the same card

    • Tamara or Tabby: refunded through the same payment provider
